I love a good fashion reference, especially when it comes to vintage. While this year I was stuck in the Paris rain, our incredibly talented New York editors visited the recent Brimfield and Sturbridge antique shows and brought back a lovely photo assortment of vintage women’s clothes. While some trends – like military – never seem to fade away (see Scout’s Honor below), I thoroughly enjoyed pairing some of Fall 12′s most relevant runway looks back to vintage.
