For all those in favor of Prada and Stella McCartney’s fruit prints from Spring 11, this one’s for you. Hawaiian prints provide a welcome transition into Spring 12. If you look closely, you’ll see that Altuzarra’s prints are actually of tropical birds. Tracy Reese features exotic florals. Both designers contrast the prints with black for a chic look that’s just a tad more sophisticated than citrus fruits.
