Introducing the.. (drumroll) asymmetrical hemline! After 2 full seasons of maxi silhouettes it’s refreshing to finally see a new shift in shape for S12, which may or may not be applied to said maxi. Some other alternatives for the dress or skirt classifications include high-low hemlines which we started seeing last season, and handkerchief hems. Another option would be asymmetrical lines on tops, which look especially new when paired with long maxi skirts at Jeremy Laing.
