Dior, Fall 11

While outerwear has been a heavy classification on runways throughout the past 4 weeks, in Paris capes make a dramatic entrance, becoming one of the newest must-haves for the Fall 11 season.

And while there were variations in length, from floor-sweeping to mid-calf, in my opinion the capes at Lanvin were right on mark from both a trend and commercial standpoint. And yes, capes in fur are also considered.
