For anyone left in NY that’s not in Vegas at the tradeshows, Target has quite a spectacle happening in T minus (less than) three hours (9pm EST). Held in The Standard Hotel in the Meatpacking District, 66 dancers in 155 rooms will “perform” to lighting patterns, debuting the retailer’s Fall 10 collections in Target’s Kaleidoscopic Fashion Spectacular. On the street 25 performers will appear on a stage that mirrors the hotel. Not there? The broadcast will be live-streamed on Target’s facebook page. OOhs and AAhs fully anticipated (despite the many anti-Target “chatter” that appears on the page after Target’s anti-gay political contributions).
